Alessa & Sam
The Ask:
Alessa & Sam approached us to design a wedding invitation suite that felt cohesive with their overall aesthetic, while also seeking a creative solution to visually elevate an overly rustic bar at their reception.
Outcome:
We designed a refined invitation suite centered around a primary ceremony invitation and coordinating details card. The suite featured custom watercolor florals inspired by the couple’s chosen color palette and the floral arrangements planned with their florist, ensuring visual continuity from paper goods to day-of décor.
A hand-illustrated willow tree—symbolic of the location where the couple planned to exchange their vows—was incorporated at the top of the invitation and echoed on the details card for consistency. The details card also included additional event information and a QR code for streamlined RSVP management. Print files were sent to the couple who preferred to handle the printing on their end.
To address the rustic bar setup, we designed and produced a personalized linen tablecloth in-house featuring the couple’s last name and an “Est. 2025” subheader. This custom element transformed the bar into an intentional focal point while seamlessly tying into the overall wedding design system.
