2022 Summit
The Ask:
After not seeing each other in person for over two years due to the pandemic, Undertone planned a 2022 company reunion in the form of a summit held in Fort Lauderdale, FL. They were looking for a fun, energetic event identity that aligned with their brand colors, felt beach-inspired for the Florida setting, and included multiple theme concepts to guide the overall creative direction.
The Outcome:
Inspired by the CEO’s speech at an all-hands—using surfing as a metaphor for navigating the challenges of advertising during the pandemic—we developed the theme “Party Wave,” symbolizing collaboration, momentum, and riding the wave together as a team. All visual assets were custom illustrated from scratch to create a playful, one-of-a-kind look. The identity was carried across environmental graphics, presentation templates, and event signage, resulting in a cohesive and immersive experience throughout the summit.
Deliverables: Event logo and brand identity, invitations and save-the-dates, social media assets, sponsorship packet, presentation templates, event program, signage, brochures, booklets, and custom illustration.
